• Depression & Anxiety
  Problem The feeling of being low, our morale being low, and losing hope, which leads to loss of confidence, can lead to stress and depression. In this phase, we all tend to think more about our appearance, what others will think, etc., which leads to anxiety. Solution Getting out of loneliness, silence, and shyness is essential. The most important thing is to have more social interaction with others, to talk with parents, friends, and teachers. It doesn't matter how you look. Please be advised that you are beautiful just the way you are.
• Acceptance
  Problem Almost everyone struggles with self-doubt from time to time, but adolescents in particular struggle with acceptance. Accepting what our parents or teachers say can be difficult. We get into a fight if we don't agree. Solution Firstly, you need to look at things from the viewpoints of your parents and teachers. There might be a reason for their refusal. Secondly, it is our responsibility to maintain their trust in us. Last but not least, think before you speak harshly or rudely.
• Bullying
  Problem If someone is harassing, insulting, hitting, hurting or humiliating anyone then that is bullying. If it is through social media then it is called cyberbullying. Solution Immediately tell your parents or teachers, whom you trust. Call child line number. Contact police.
• Aggression
  Problem We all become very angry and aggressive at times due to mood swings. But, it is our duty to control that aggressiveness, so that we won't harm anyone. Solution Meditate, sit in solitude. Think before you act. Make yourself realise your mistake.
• Obesity
  Problem As we think more and get stressed, we tend to become obese. Obesity is common to such conditions as we eat more as we think more or under duress stress. Solution You plan small things and ensure small cut out tasks are done from time to time. This will sharpen your thought process and make you time bound, disciplined in the way you carry out the tasks and also keeps away binge-eating.
• Peer Pressure
  Problem Our friends become very important to us and can have a great influence on our lives. In such events our friends ask us to do something (such as negative behaviour), we will automatically say 'yes' and we don't think about what might happen next. Solution It is absolute necessary for us to be able to say 'no' sometimes. Not always, but for few things that are negative for our behaviour. Additionally, we should think before we act, which will reduce the risk.
• Social Media
  Problem Many of us get addicted to social media, which distracts us from our focus, studies in the present. Some of us use social media by still being under age limit. Solution Set restrictions for yourself. Please use social media judiciously.
• Academics
  Problem Many of us get distracted from studies and get addicted to phones, friends, etc., which can lead to poor grades in studies. Solution Keep your studies as a priority. Make a timetable and follow it strictly. Do physical things more than staying idle to improve your concentration. The best to get out of it is Yoga or meditation. [Marks are just a number. Do not think much about it.]
